Initial Consultation – $147.00
This is a 45-minute appointment to discuss your problems, history, review your intake forms and any current test results you may have. During this session, we plan how we will work together including testing options and nutritional strategies to get you started.
Test Analysis Consultation – $287.00
This is a 90-minute appointment, where we discuss the results of your testing and plan our strategy.
45 Minute Follow Up Consultation – $147.00
This is a 45-minute appointment to follow up on your progress. Improving health and resolving long-term problems can take some time. There are often multiple underlying causes. These need to be addressed in a systematic manner. We will review your progress and make adjustments to your diet and treatment plan as necessary.
30 Minute Follow Up Consultation – $97.00
This is a 30-minute appointment to follow up on your progress. Improving health and resolving long-term problems can take some time. There are often multiple underlying causes. These need to be addressed in a systematic manner. We will review your progress and make adjustments to your diet and treatment plan as necessary. $97.00
BOOK YOUR CONSULTATIONEmail and Text Follow Up: I am happy to answer simple questions to clarify information via email or text. However, replies that require complex replies or multiple emails will require an appointment.
Progress Reports: Progress reports help to see where you’re at. Restoring your health is often a work in progress. Testing often identifies a number of dysfunctions and these cannot all be treated at the same time. Sometimes, as one problem resolves others become apparent. Please don’t become discouraged. There is a process to work through and progress is not always linear. If you have concerns about your progress, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Payment: Payment is required prior to appointments unless alternative arrangements have been made.
TESTING
I use a variety of testing when necessary to identify the underlying cause of your health problems. The cost of testing is not included in a consultation. I can organise the testing kits and panels for you, but you need to pay the labs directly. Some blood tests are available through your GP and are funded by the NZ Ministry of Health.

Supplements are often needed for a variety of reasons. Sometimes this can feel overwhelming and can certainly be an expensive part of the process. The goal is to restore your health and then limit the number of supplements as much as possible.
Supplement recommendations can change depending on your individual response and the conditions we are managing. Some people are particularly sensitive to supplements, so trial and error is often required.
I don’t sell supplements, however, I can help you source good quality products through FX Med or you can source products yourself.
Supplement Plans
Basic supplement plans are included with the cost of consultations. Complex supplement plans (detailed plans over 4 weeks or more) are an additional cost of $97.00.
Food Plans
Dietary guidelines are included as part of your consultation. These do not include menus or recipes.
