I had real pleasure to talking with Dr Pran Yoganathan in this podcast.
Dr Pran is a gastroenterologist and gastrointestinal endoscopist based in Sydney who aims to empower his patients to embark on a journey of self-healing using the philosophy of “let food be thy medicine”.
We talked about gut health, digestion and the kinds of things that can go wrong.
Dr Pran began by summarising how our gut works in the context of human evolution.
