Today’s guest is Dr Jacqueline Rowarth, adjunct professor with Lincoln University and a farmer-elected director on the Boards of DairyNZ and Ravensdown.
This was a very interesting discussion, where we talked about soil quality and the nutritional profiles of dairy, meat, fruits and vegetables.
We also got into a great discussion about the environment, methane and the impact of NZ farming on world-wide global warming. I found this very interesting and I hope you will to.
