Tia Reid is the Director of Nutritional Services at, Certified Dietary Manager and Food Protection Professional at Memorial Hospital in Illinois. She is a certified Health Coach Practitioner and accredited with the Metabolic Health Practitioners USA. She has a special interest in metabolic syndrome, hypertension and carbohydrate addiction.
Today, Tia shares her inspirational story about how she recovered from type-2 diabetes, eliminated taking 20 drugs every day and lost 85 pounds.
Now she spends her time helping others to better understand their health problems and supports them in their own journeys to reversing disease through dietary interventions.
Tia’s story in overcoming her carbohydrate addiction is very inspiring, especially for others struggling with similar problems.
