In today’s podcast, I talked with my friend Anna Preuss. Anna specialises in teaching yoga and mindfulness. She is also a competitive dressage rider and brings these skills together for wishing to improve their riding performance through these practices.
Anna brings a unique philosophy to her yoga. She moves away from a competitive and fitness approach to a breath and movement centered focus. Anna describes how yoga, breathwork and mindfulness can bring a sense of calm and restoration to our lives when we are in a state of chaos and emotional upheaval.
By becoming present in the moment, we can make better decisions for our health and focus on the practice of self-care.
