INTERVIEW: An interview with John Mitchell – Think and grow rich, the 5-million dollar, 12 minute a day secret.

Today’s guest is my friend and mentor John Mitchell.

John Mitchell lives an exceptional life. John shares how at the age of 50 he transformed his already good life – into an exceptional one. He tells some very personal stories that will capture your heart and imagination.

We talk about the gap between where we are and where we want to be and what we need to do make change, rewire our brains and live our own exceptional lives.

This one isn’t for the faint-hearted. John tells me only 1% of people have what it takes to really upgrade their lives. He says most of us only have a preference to lose weight and be healthy, improve our careers and income or have a great relationship. He says wanting it isn’t enough; to achieve it, we need to create a plan and execute. John calls that his secret. That’s what he has mastered and now shares with the rest of the world. He talks us through his 12-minute a day routine of exactly what he does and why.

You may have noticed I’m mixing the podcast guests up between those who are experts on eating and how to eat for good health, with those who have mastered the art of living up to their full potential using strategies that rewire their brains. No matter how much we desire to lose weight and become healthy, as long as we are living with emotions of overwhelm, anxiety, paralysis and negative self-talk, all the best intentions won’t work. The first step is to upgrade our subconscious thoughts and to rewire our brains so we can change those patterns. It’s simple, but it’s not easy. It takes trust in the system, dedication to the practice and belief that you’re worth the effort.

Meeting John has transformed my life. His advice has helped me overcome my ruminating, procrastination and helped me to take action. If I can do it, so can you. I hope you will find these insights helpful in creating the life that you want, so that you may achieve your personal and professional goals and dreams.

Thanks so much John for your generosity and for being such a wonderful, compassionate and generous human.
