INTERVIEW: An interview with Tim Shurr, hosted by Susan Birch – The Health Detective

Today I talked with human behaviour expert and hypnotherapist, Tim Shurr. We discuss how our unconscious beliefs and thought patterns such as anxiety, procrastination, imposter syndrome, and other bad habits are the result of faulty unconscious beliefs and biases we acquired during our childhood. Essentially we have wired neurological pathways that have become entrenched automatic responses to certain situations we face throughout life.

Tim, who is the author of 6 books, explains how he helps his clients permanently rewire these pathways through his One Belief Away™ Method and how this differs from traditional types of therapy. He works internationally through zoom consultations. We hope you enjoy this episode and would appreciate it if you subscribed, liked and shared with others you may find this helpful.

Tim has generously provided a free gift to listeners – The Power of Your Unconscious Mind http://timshurr.com/gift along with a free introduction to hypnosis programme: https://timshurr.com/intro
